I have at home an internet service provided by Intercable, they never provide what they advertise. Today I noticed an amazing fact, the speed test they provide give better results when I use an external internet connection from another provider (CANTV.net) with an equivalent speed plan. My problem: I am stuck with them until another company provides a broadband service to my remote home located outside of Caracas
